Confirmed by the Playstation Blog, Killzone 3 is set to let North American PSN members download the beta free of charge! No beta codes, no random selections, and no pre-ordering or purchasing another game to gain access. The Beta will run from Feb. 2 to the 14th. Guerrilla Games will not expose the entire game in the beta, however it will be an extremely close representation. Game modes will include Guerilla Warfare ( classic team deathmatch ), Warzone ( round based with 5 mini missions ), Operations ( cinematic multiplayer campaign with linear missions ), and finally Botzone ( play up against a max of 15 bots, similar to call of duty's version, where you can practice your skills before taking them to the main stage ).
