If you’re aware of the Battlefield franchise, you’re also going to be quite aware of the fact that their biggest competitor is the Call of Duty franchise. Even though Activision isn’t releasing any official details (as of yet), the inevitable video game Call of Duty 3 is supposedly going to be released at some point. With examination of trends, every Call of Duty game is generally released on an annual basis in November.
If you take a look at the attached screenshot (which is en Francais) you can see that the “release date” for Battlefield 3 is set on November 2nd. Though Wednesday’s are not known for video game release days, could it be that EA is looking to released this FPS before Call of Duty 3 hits the shelves?
