Currently, it only has a European release, but I am sure it'll have a worldwide release announced for it soon.
With all of the remakes and Final Fantasy overload, I am just going to call it now by saying, I expect VI and the mythed FFVII remake will finally be revealed in the next couple years. But for now, FFV will do just fine, as it's another great part of the legendary series.
