I was browsing through the Bethesda blog and they put out a list of Steamworks features and the system requirements needed for when you intend on playing their game Brink on the PC.
Here's a direct list from the Bethesda blog:

That’s just what they have up on their site now, expect more to be released closer to the day that Brink hits the shelves!
