EA has released a beta today of another one of their Battlefield inspired and FREE shooting games titled Battlefield Play4Free for the PC.
This one is EA’s second Battlefield inspired shooter but they are very dissimilar to one another. One thing that differs them is that Play4Free focusses more on realistic weapons, characters, maps, and environments. Alongside this, you will also be able to purchase "Battlefunds" which is a virtual currency used to upgrade your characters and weapons.
The game itself features a 16v16 (32 player) multiplayer support and maps from Battlefield 2 alongside weapons and classes from Battlefield: Bad Company 2. You will be able to have access to 16 vehicles including: Mil Mi-28 attack helicopter, the F35 VTOL jet fighter, the Russian T-90 main battle tank and the light strike vehicle.
