Dear Playstation,

Hey everyone! Kris here!
If you're a Playstation owner, an X-Box fanboy, or just enjoy reading up on gaming news, you've read A LOT on the recent Playstation hacking crisis.

Well I just wanted to be one of the few to say, it's finally coming to an end.
On Saturday(?), Playstation had a mandatory Security Update (v3.61), however PSN was still down. We knew it was coming...
Sunday, May 15th, Playstation had a mandatory password change, and then Ta-Da! You were online.
Some services, such as the Store, are still down and being worked on, but they should be up and running by the end of the month. I hope it's a little sooner than that, because I still have my Klassic Jade costume to unlock for Mortal Kombat ;) mmm......

I'm relieved to know that online play, trophy-syncing, friends lists, etc... are all back up now though.

As an extra precaution, I recommend anyone who has put in their Credit/Debit card information into PSN for purchasing things from the store, to remove their info, and simply buy PSN cards at your local GameStop, Wal-Mart, or other store that sells the pre-paid PSN cards. Sure, a $20 PSN Card is more expensive than a quick add of $5 to your "wallet", but your information is safe and sound.

Dear Playstation, We Missed You,
Love, VGL.
